How It Work
The idea of a Dougie’s Donut fund raiser is to give your group the chance to raise some extra cash by selling Donuts.
It’s like the old-fashioned bake sale but without the baking! It’s as simple as 1-2-3!

You buy the donuts from us at a reduced price
2.
On-Sell them for the recommended retail price
3.
You keep the profit!

Things You Need To Know
- Minimum order is 30 boxes.
- Fundraiser date must be booked and pre-approved
- Your order will be available for pick-up on the agreed fundraiser date after 11am.
- Payment must be processed no less than 7 days prior to your fundraiser.
SETTING UP YOUR DOUGIE’S DONUT FUNDRAISER
To ensure your fundraiser is a complete success, please follow the below steps:
1. ENQUIRY
Contact Dougie’s Donuts via email (brad@dougiesdonuts.com.au), this email must be on the letterhead of the organisation, state your name and position within the organisation and to be signed by a “Person of Authority”. The email must include the date you would like to book for. Important note: Please wait to hear from Dougie’s Donuts before proceeding any further with your Fundraiser
2. BOOKING
A confirmation email will be sent to you from Dougie’s Donuts, confirming the date you have requested is approved.
3. CUSTOMER ORDER COLLECTION
Once you receive that confirmation email from Dougie’s Donuts, you can begin taking fundraising customer orders.
4. ORDER
Two weeks prior to your booking, you must complete and send the “Fundraising Order Form” (Which you will received attached to your Booking Confirmation).
5. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Dougie’s Donuts will process your “Fundraiser Order Form” within 2 business days and email you the pick-up information and total cost details, confirming your order.
6. CONTRACT
Sign and return the order contract within 2 days of receiving allowing your order to be booked in with our donut team.
7. PAYMENT
Payment must be then made 1 week prior to your fundraiser delivery date. Once payment is confirmed your order will be produced and be available for collection. Acceptable payments methods are Cash, Credit Card (In Store) and Bank Transfer.
Should you have any questions regarding your order, do not hesitate to contact the store manager.
*Booking refers to the date you are scheduled to collect your order.
